You will need a glue gun and a bowl of cold water.
Holding the glue gun above the water squeeze the glue onto the water making a circle.
Next, starting in the middle, work your way out with the glue gun.
Now just go around in circles till you have reached the edge.
They "set" as soon as the glue touches the water.
You can make them any size you want.
You can incorporate them into any arrangement.
